REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of my products, all sales are final. However, I accept refunds/cancellations within 3 hours of placing, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
I do NOT accept physical mail returns! However, if you need your item repaired please contact me. I can make exceptions as long as you pay for shipping, I can make a label for you to print.
SHIPPING POLICY
I ship through USPS services, default shipping is Ground Advantage/First Class unless upgrade is requested.
Once order is placed, processing times may vary from 24 hours to 10 days
USA Flat rate shipping $5, INT may vary starting from $16
Only shipping to United states of America and Canada at the moment.
If order ARRIVES damaged (valid for first 3 days from delivery), contact me! If I have your item in stock, I will resend free of charge!(US ONLY, orders under $25) (This is not guaranteed and depends on the damage + you will have to show proof with an image of the broken item)
